This is your Home page. The homepage includes a narrow column on the left with Today's Hot News, All About Me, and Schedule Transactions, and a wide column on the right with Memos and your Published Schedule for this week.
Today's Hot News
Display with scrolling announcements. To stop the scroll, hover your cursor in the message. To restart the scroll, move your cursor away from the message.
All About Me
This section includes your employment information. Contact your WFM administrator if you need to make changes to this section.
Schedule Transactions
Link to view any existing schedule swaps, and links to create new schedule swaps. For more information about swapping schedules, see How do I swap my schedule?
Memos
The Memos section includes Community generated notifications and those sent by your administrators or team. Memos may include hyperlinks to access additional information.
To view the memo in a pop-up window, click on the hyperlink in the From column.
Preview Pane
Select the Preview Pane icon to quickly view the memo.
Custom folders
Create folders to organize your memos, then click and drag the memo icon to place it in a folder.
Weekly Schedule
View your current published schedule. Hover your cursor over the schedule bar to view a description of the event.
To view a different date range, click Show options then select the date range. Click Hide options to close the fly-out menu.
