There are six main menu options: Today, Plan, Schedule, Properties, Report, and Help. You may not see all described menu items depending on the settings from your administrators.
Hover over a main menu item to view the sub-menu options. For some sub-menu items, hover to see additional options.
Today is your home page, with your published schedule, memos, and other basic information.
Plan includes all things time off - your time off worksheet and request forms. To request or review your time off, visit the new Time Off Worksheet - located under Plan.
Schedule includes your published schedule, forms to submit your preferences and availability, and current template assignments and transactions (schedule swaps).
Properties is where you can reset your password, review or add devices for memos and notifications, and set up the Community Everywhere mobile app.
Report is where you can run and print reports for your schedule and adherence. Most reports in the system, such as the new time off worksheet, include a Show options button on the right. Clicking Show options launches a fly-out menu that allows you to make report selections.
After making your selections, click Apply options, then click Hide options to collapse the menu and run the report.
Help has short videos reviewing how to do tasks in Community.
Next to your name in the upper right corner you will see a new plus - minus button. Clicking on the plus - minus icon will expand or collapse the tiles on the page. The setting will hold for all pages until you click the plus | minus icon again.
Many pages include a navigation pane on the left side of the screen. Clicking the hamburger button will collapse this navigation pane. Clicking again will expand it.
