Community Everywhere™ allows agents and supervisors to access WFM from their phone or tablet. But there may be times you want to limit the activities that are available to all or some people. For example, if you have a different system for reporting as late or absent, or you don’t want certain agents submitting new profile pictures.
Restrict any mobile app use for a single agent
To restrict any use of the mobile app by an agent and set a date for the restriction, enable a Restricted Action Plan (RAP) for the agent and select No for Log on using the mobile application.
Customize restrictions for one or more agents
To customize the settings for everyone, or one or more agents, navigate to Settings > Application settings > Administrative settings > Mobile application setup.
To remove or add options for everyone
To remove an option for everyone, click on a tile in the current default app settings to change from enabled (green check) to disabled (red circle with a slash). In this example, Photo Upload is no longer enabled for anyone. Simply click the tile again to enable it.
Click Save these settings to confirm your selections then click OK.
To remove or add options for an individual
- Click the person’s picture.
- In the pop-up window, click each item you wish to remove or add for this person.
- Click Save. If you wish to remove/add previously applied customizations, click Revert to defaults.
- Click OK to confirm.
After saving these settings, the next time the agent logs in they won't see those options in the mobile app.
To view agents with custom settings, return to the main mobile app setup page.
