How many people are in your CommunityWFM?
There are two categories of people: Active licensed users (those who receive schedules) and inactive non-licensed users (admins, supervisors, etc. who do not receive schedules, and deactivated agents).
Active Licensed Users
To view the number of people included in your license count, navigate to Settings > Enterprise model. The People & licenses section includes the total number of active licensed people, the number of licenses for your center, and the difference (licenses remaining).
To view the details of the licensed people, and if over your allowable licenses see who contributes to the excess in your license count, click Active People Report. (This option is available in version 5.1SP2. Previous versions include a link to add | remove people.)
The table highlights in red those people who contribute to the license overage (those added after exceeding your designated license number). You can Deactivate or Delete them in this report (see Extra Credit below).
All Users (active and inactive)
To view the total number of people including deactivated users and supervisors / administrators who may not receive schedules, navigate to Settings > People & agent templates > People. Under Manage existing people click Go.
The default result includes only active people. To include inactive people, select Click here to show advanced sort and filter options then select Include everyone from the What people do you want to include? drop-down.
Click the hamburger menu in the upper right to export the list as .xlsx or .csv where you can filter, sort, and determine the totals for each category.

Deactivate or delete?
Each active user who participates in schedules counts toward the total number of allowed licenses. If an agent leaves, it’s best practice to deactivate rather than delete the agent in CommunityWFM so schedule and adherence data remains available for reporting purposes. Deactivated users do not apply toward the total license count, and you have the option to reactivate the agent by creating a new employment transition.
