Today's quick tip: Managing Bulk User Assignments by Site, Folder, or Activity
There may be instances when you need to view all users assigned to a specific activity or want to add a large group to an activity without navigating to each agent profile. To streamline this process, these actions can be performed directly through the Enterprise Model Settings menu.
Note: You can also view activity assignments in the cross training matrix report in a working forecast, or make bulk edits using the agent synchronization wizard.
Key Benefits of Centralized Management
- Efficiency: Eliminate the need for repetitive, individual profile updates.
- Visibility: Get a comprehensive overview of all participants in a single view.
- Accuracy: Reduce the risk of omission when managing large-scale assignments.
Navigate to Settings > Enterprise model

The left side navigation displays a structured hierarchy of all available sites, folders, and individual activities. This layout allows a high-level view of your organizational structure, making it easier to locate specific groups.
Select a site, folder, or activity then click Add or remove people assignments in the People assigned to this activity tile.

Managing User Assignment Status
The pop-up People assignment status window provides a comprehensive list of all users and agents eligible for updates within the selected site/folder/activity.
Key Functionality
Within this window, administrators can—
- View rosters: Audit the full list of users or agents currently associated with the selected group.
- Assign users: Assign this activity to users/agents with a single click.
- Remove users: Remove this activity instantly to maintain up-to-date assignment.
Critical limitation: Site-specific filtering.
This view is context sensitive. Users or agents assigned to a different site will not appear in this list. Remember: agents may be assigned to only one site. To manage individuals across multiple locations, you must return to the Enterprise Model and select the corresponding site for those specific users.

A key feature of this interface is the immediate application of changes. Once you select Assign or Remove for a specific user, the system processes the request instantly.

Important note on saving changes
There is no "Save" or "Submit" button. Because the system uses real-time updates, your changes are finalized upon selection. This design minimizes the risk of losing progress, but it requires careful attention to ensure taking the correct actions for each user.
