View this week’s work schedule, or any other week in a published schedule.
View adherence summaries for yesterday, this week, this month, or view the adherence line next to a schedule.
View Community communications and respond to ASAPs (accepting or declining offers for overtime, voluntary time-off, etc.).
Got a new phone? A new email? Add, remove, or edit phone and email addresses for receiving Community notifications.
Running late for today’s shift? Let an administrator know when to expect your arrival along with an explanation. Don’t worry if the time estimate is not exact. Community will automatically adjust it when you log in.
Out sick today? Use the Absentee Check-In feature to let an administrator know. You can indicate what type of time-off to use if there is more than one option.
Planning that vacation? You can make the planned time off or recurring time off request in the app.
- View time off requests and bids (advanced mode)
View calendar partitions and current bid calendars, including the likelihood of receiving selected days off. Submitting bids must be completed in the web UI.
After approval by a supervisor, your image will be available for use as the profile picture in Community.
