Download and install
Download and install the Community Everywhere or RingCX AI WFM app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Look for the icon.

Note: Older versions of the Community web application may not support all features in Community Everywhere.
Web versions 24.03 or later
Use your email address (username) to set up and configure the app. Enter your email on the start page then tap Continue.
On the next screen enter your password then tap Sign in.
Web versions 5.1 or earlier:
Automatically configure the mobile app
- Open the web app and navigate to Properties > Devices. Open the app on your phone or tablet and go to Settings.
- Tap Scan Code at the top of the screen. Scan the bottom QR code on the Devices page. This will add your business information and username. Note: you must use the app QR code scanner for this step.
- Type in your WFM password.
- Tap Save.
Automatically add a contact
Navigate to Properties > Devices page in the web version then scan the top QR code with your camera or a QR code scanner to add the WFM Administrator to your phone contacts. This will ensure you receive notifications, especially if you block unknown contacts.
