Today's quick tip: How agents can find their current PTO balance
- This applies to centers using the advanced vacation features in version 5.x and tracking time off (PTO) accruals within Community.
- Time off accrual balances may not match balances from outside systems, depending on the integrations at your center. Agents should confirm any discrepancies with their supervisor.
Navigate to Plan > Time off worksheet.
Note: The Time off overview at the top shows the sum of accrued hours for all classifications combined: full year and year to date. The PTO Classification Summary tiles display total and year to date for accruals, scheduled, and the balance.
Click on the classification tile to open the Published Accrual Summary Report for that classification.
Select the Daily summary tab then hover over the graph until reaching today's date. The pop-up displays the cumulative balance for this classification.
Alternatively, scroll down in the table until reaching today’s date. The last column on the right shows the cumulative balance.
Community Everywhere
If using the mobile app Community Everywhere, full year (FY) and year-to-date (YTD) balances for each classification show in the Time Off section on the dashboard.
