This tip applies to centers using calendar partitions for time off requests.
When you close a PTO calendar (advance to "finished"), you cannot reopen it. Once closed, you cannot make any changes, including adding/removing participants, editing rules, etc. And agents cannot make new time off requests.
If you create a new calendar that has overlapping dates with the closed calendar, you cannot include participants who are in the closed calendar.
Remember: Participants can only belong to one PTO calendar with the same date(s).
Note: There is no warning message or confirmation checkbox when closing a calendar.
The tile on the PTO calendar worksheet includes a message that the calendar will be closed to further changes or requests.
In the workflow navigation area, there is a note on screen if you click the tile for details and after you complete this step.
