Today's quick tip: Updating a site assignment

If an agent transfers to another site within the company, changing their site assignment takes just a few clicks.

1. Navigate to the agent's profile and in the Properties tile click Set up profile properties. 
   
2. In the Basic properties tab, scroll down to Assigned site and select the new site from the drop-down menu.
   You may assign only one site to an agent.
   
3. Click Save then confirm that you wish to change the site assignment.
   

   

Assign activities

1. Navigate to the Activities tile and click Set up activity assignments. 

2. Select the activities within the site to assign to the agent. Only activities within this site are available.
   

Note: This change will affect your netline statistics (over/unders) in your published schedule.
