Today's quick tip: An agent cancelled their time off request. How do I put their schedule back?
When an All day time off event request is approved, CommunityWFM removes the underlying schedule and events such as breaks and lunch. If the time off event is subsequently removed, the schedule and associated break set must be recreated manually. The system does not store the deleted schedule.
Note: A Partial day request does not remove the underlying schedule / events.

After I recreate the shift for the cancelled PTO, how do I make sure the breaks and lunches are in the right place?
You can use an ASAP to optimize breaks and lunches for the agent's new schedule.
Select the Modify Current Schedules ASAP then Optimize Off-Phone Events for the plan type.
When adding events to the ASAP include breaks and lunch.
Include only your agent in the participant list then execute the plan.
