The Device ID is required to track and record an agent's adherence and is typically assigned during the agent setup process. To check if an agent or schedule holder has a Device ID, navigate to: Settings > People & agent templates > People > Current list > Personal profile, select the Adherence tile.
The Device ID can be letters or numbers or a combination, depending on the Data Source.
To determine if there are agents who do not have a designated device ID in their profile, run the Agent Data Source Login Report (Report > Administrative & utility > Data source logins). This report shows agents who do not have a data source login ID at the top.
A user's appropriate Login ID can be verified by navigating to: Settings >> People & Agents >> People.
Within this view, select Click here to import people, below the heading Import people from external systems. Next, click Data Collection Source, and then click Next at the bottom of the next screen. Stop at the 2nd page; no need to continue. You will be presented with a listing of users and their proper Login ID on this second page.
DO NOT IMPORT anything if there are already profiles for any users, as importing them will create duplicates. Simply view or copy/paste to evaluate and update.
