Download and install
Download and install the Community Everywhere or RingCX AI WFM app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Look for the icon.

Note: Older versions of the Community web application may not support all features in Community Everywhere.
Web versions 24.03 or later
Use your email address (username) to set up and configure the app. Enter your email on the start page then tap Continue.
On the next screen enter your password then tap Sign in.
Web versions 5.1 or earlier
Log into your desktop
Log into your desktop version and navigate to Properties > Devices. This page has QR codes that will make it easy to set up your app.
[If you don't see the Properties > Devices menu item, add it to your menu structure in Settings > Application settings > Administrative settings > Application menus or contact your administrator and ask them to add it to your menu structure.]
Automatically configure the mobile app
- Open the app on your phone and go to Settings.
- Tap Scan Code at the top of the screen. Scan the bottom QR code on the Devices page. This will add your business information and username. Note: you must use the app QR code scanner for this step.
- Type in your Community password. Note: If using SSO, you will need a separate and unique password for the mobile app.
- Tap Save.
Automatically add a contact
In the web version, navigate to Properties > Devices and scan the top QR code with your camera or a QR code scanner to add the WFM Administrator to your phone contacts. This will ensure you receive notifications, especially if you block unknown contacts.
