All schedule swaps (transactions) require administrator approval.
On your homepage, navigate to the Schedule Transactions section. If you don’t see Schedule Transactions, visit Personalize your desktop to add it.
Click the description/comments to open the transaction worksheet and view the transaction request.
Before you can approve the schedule swap, you must review and approve the transaction response.
Click on the link in the description column to open the Schedule transaction analysis worksheet. After review, click Approve transaction or Deny transaction.
Close the transaction response window.
Click Refresh, then click Approve this transaction.
The transaction review status will change to Approved.
Next, click Execute transaction then OK to complete the swap. In the pop-up window, confirm that you wish to execute the transaction.
The Transaction execution status will change to Executed.
Close the transaction worksheet, then return to your home page.
You will see the lightning bolt icon, indicating that the transaction has been approved.
