CommunityWFM users with a role of Administrator are able to modify the phone states used for adherence coming from your ACD. To do this, navigate to Settings > Data Sources.
In this window, click on the Data Source you wish to change. Most people only have one option.
In the Setup options tile, click Show the setup options dialogue. From the options, click Device States.
Click the name of the event you wish to modify.
In the pop-up window, you can edit not only the name of the phone state, but also whether CommunityWFM will consider the state to be 'In Queue' or 'Out of Queue', as well as changing the color of the event in the 'Agent State Transaction' line (3rd Rail).
Phone state name changes will take effect immediately and retroactively.
