Is something in Community not working as expected? Try clearing your browser cache!
We hear it’s the new “reboot.”
When to clear your cache
-
After upgrading to a new version—such as upgrading to CommunityWFM version 5.1. (Ready to upgrade? Contact your account representative.)
-
If an expected menu item is not visible.
-
If a process is running slower than expected.
Clearing your cache removes temporary internet files, a possible source of conflicts in the system. Using the method below will reset the page without removing all of your browsing history.
How to clear your browser cache
-
Windows and Linux browsers (Edge, Chrome*, Firefox): Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + click the browser refresh button ⟳
-
Apple Safari: SHIFT + Reload toolbar button ⟳
-
Mac - Chrome and Firefox: CMD + SHIFT + R
*If this doesn’t work for Chrome and you still suspect a cache issue, you can do a more thorough clearing of your browsing history, which will also clear any auto-fill history. In Chrome, click the three dots in the upper right then select More tools > Clear browsing data and make selections.
