Do you need to keep careful notes about why you made changes to a schedule? When you look back 6 months from now, will you remember why you had Denise work on a special project? Or be able to show that Greg agreed to work 4 hours of overtime on Friday?
When making the schedule edit or adding a new event, add a note in the Description field! Text limit is a generous 255 characters.
To see the comment, run the published schedule event summary report (Report > Published schedule > Published event summary > Enterprise model) and select Show detail events with no summary in the Report type selection drop-down menu.
Your text will appear in the Description (comments) column.
