Yes!
As an Administrator of CommunityWFM, you can decide the maximum level of access allowed to have schedules.
Navigate to Settings > Application Settings > Global Settings & Preferences.
In this window, scroll down to the Role permissions section and find the dropdown menu: Maximum role authorized to participate in schedules.
The role listed in this dropdown will determine the roles included in a schedule in the system. If Administrator, all administrators, schedulers, supervisors, and agents will be eligible to receive schedules.
Note: this will influence the number of users included in your license count!
