With each Event Type, there are 8 'YES/NO' questions that must be answered in order for the system to know how to treat the event. The question "Does this event type require supervisor approval?" determines whether an agent can see this Event Type in their dropdown when asking for Time-Off.
If the answer is set to 'YES', the Agent will see this Event Type in their Time-Off Request dropdown.
If the answer is set to 'NO', the Agent will not see this Event Type in their Time-Off Request dropdown.
