I added an event then added participants, but some people did not have the event added to their schedule. What happened?
In published or working schedules, if the event type selected is “constrained by work,” the validators will first determine if the event type’s date, start time, and duration all fall within a “work type” event on the person’s schedule.
If a "work type" event is not on the schedule, the event is not placed on their schedule.
If the event is not constrained by work, the event is created for all who are added to the event. To determine is an event is “constrained by work,” open the event (Settings > Application settings > Event type settings > Event types), select Configure event type behaviors, select the Custom behavior settings tab, review the answer to the question: Is this event type's start time and duration constrained by an agent work type event?
