Create a survey and allow people vote on it (single or multiple votes per person). For example, create a survey for “What type of call did you just finish?” and use multiple votes per person to get a sense of the types of calls coming in today.
Surveys may be targeted to everyone, a supervisor group, custom user group, or activity.
Reminders:
- The five (5) most recently created active surveys are visible on the Today page.
- Once closed or archived, the survey cannot be re-opened and no additional voting allowed.
- You cannot edit or copy an existing survey.
- Response totals are visible to all who can view the survey, but who responded is anonymous.
- You can set an effective date to schedule a future survey, and schedule an end date for the survey to close.
