This is like a dashboard that houses links to other programs, reports, or websites.
You can add any frequently used URL.
You can choose to have the link open in a new browser window (recommended for external links).
If you frequently run a specific report, you can link it here.
These links are deployable: you can check a box to make them “visible to all users.”
Do you want agents to have access to modifying the links? By default, any role can edit (add and remove) links. If you create a link and check the visibility box, it will be seen in everyone’s Today’s Link module and everyone will have the option to delete it. If they delete a link, it deletes the link for everyone!
To turn off the access for agents, contact your support team. Without the edit access, they will still be able to use the links, but they won’t be able to create or delete them.
