Login page
This method will send a memo to an administrator who is authorized to change passwords and should be used if the person cannot login to CommunityWFM. If able to log in, see Changing a password after logging in.
1. On the login page, enter the User name then click Reset password.
2. Select the name of the supervisor or administrator authorized to reset the password, then click Request a new password.
The selected administrator will receive a memo with the request and can manually update the password.
Manually update a user's password
This must be completed by someone authorized to edit passwords.
Navigate to the person's profile: Settings > People & agent templates > People > Personal profile > Basic properties for XXX and select the User login credentials tab.
Enter and confirm the new password, or use the Generate password button to create one.
Forward the new password to the person making the request by your company's standard procedure. The person should change their password after logging in.
Changing a password after logging in
Use this method to update a password, e.g., after requesting a password reset.
After logging in, click the Properties main menu item.
On the Properties page, expand the Agent Login Properties section by clicking in the row.
Enter and confirm the new password.
